היי חברים לפני שבועים העברתי כמו כל חודש סכום מסויים במקרה הזה 14 אלף לחשבון שלי בib והכסף עד כה לא הגיע. שלחתי לשירות לקוחות הודעה ולטענתם הם ראו את העברה ופשוט צריכים הוכחה ממני שהכסף אכן משוייך אלי.צילמתי להם את התמונה שבה שלחתי באתר לאומי את הסכום עם הפרטי העברה שלהם וזה אינו מספיק ולא ממש הבנתי איך אני מוצא את מה שהם צריכים לזיהוי.

If you haven't already done so, you must also submit a deposit notification with your bank account included in order to deposit the funds to your account. To complete a deposit notification, visit the Transfer Funds screen, select the appropriate method of deposit and follow the prompts.
If we do not receive proof of payment with a bank account number provided we will be forced to return the funds for your protection. The return of funds process can be lengthy as it is a manual process.
