iShares ETFs that were listed on the Tel-Aviv stock exchange are in fact the same ETFs that are listed on the London Stock Exchange and has the same ISIN. You are eligible at any time and in case of delisting iShares ETFs from the Tel-Aviv stock exchange of converting the currency of your shares and assigned them to another exchange.
Here are the actions available for you to take In case of delisting iShares ETFs from Tel-Aviv stock exchange (at the moment there is no intention to de-list any of iShares ETFs that were listed on the TASE):
• No immediate action - The shares can continue to be held in your existing depository until you wish to sell. These shares will remain tradeable via other trading lines/exchanges after the delisting.
•Use another trading line/exchange of the same fund by instructing your broker/custodian - You are encouraged to liaise with your custodian to change the trading identifiers and/or assigned exchange of your ETF shares to another trading line/exchange in case you intend to hold the investment for a considerable length of time. Once this is done you will be able to easily sell your ETF shares or buy more of the same ETF shares when you decide in future. Changing trading lines or moving shares to another custodian does not require buying/selling shares.
•You can trade through a broker or on exchange before the delisting date - If you wish to, you can sell your ETF shares using through a broker as usual up to the relevant delisting date. However, this is not required as you will still be able to sell your ETF shares or buy more at any time in future via the remaining trading lines of the same funds on other exchanges.
In case of delisting iShares ETFs from Tel-Aviv stock exchange, Shareholder letters will be sent out informing investors. You will be received of such notice by your custodian.
All fees regarding the conversion will be determined according to the terms of your custodian and the broker. iShares do not charge conversion fee.
