As always, we appreciate your business and look forward to our continued relationship. We are pleased to announce that starting 15/8/17 ('Effective Date'), the services currently provided by DBM Investment house ('DBM'), will be assumed by Mexem Ltd. ('Mexem'). Mexem is a licensed investment firm regulated and supervised by the Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission. Mexem serves as a fully-disclosed introducing broker to Interactive Brokers LLC and the transfer of the services is fully coordinated with it.
Unless you opt out as described below, your account information and documentation will be transferred to Mexem on the Effective Date (a 'Transfer'). Your account will continue to be introduced to and carried by Interactive Brokers LLC as it is presently.
The Transfer will be seamless and done without any cost to you. All documentation related to your account on file with Quantum will be transferred to Mexem, and any references to DBM in those documents after the effective time of the Transfer will be deemed to be references to Mexem.
Following the Transfer, your account(s) will continue to be introduced to Interactive Brokers LLC, and the bookkeeping, custody and other clearing and settlement functions related to your account will continue to be handled by Interactive Brokers LLC. All of DBM?s associated persons will be transferred to Mexem and will continue to perform the same duties that they previously performed at DBM. You will continue to receive confirmations and statements from Interactive Brokers LLC.
Unless we are notified by you in writing to the contrary within 30 days from the date you receive this letter (i.e., by Aug 15, 2017), and you (or the successor firm that you select) provide us with express written instructions as to where to deliver the assets in your account, the assets in your account will be transferred from DBM to Mexem after the close of business on Aug 15, 2017.
Please note, that all of the services to be provided to you by Mexem Ltd will be subject to the terms of service available here (LINK), and in order to get these services, accept these terms during your call with Mexem's representatives.
